Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions
We always want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and will try our best to do what's right by the customer. That being said, please remember we are a small business and every sale or return makes an impact. Please do not abuse our return policy.
In-Store Purchases
- New Goods: Unopened new goods may be returned/exchanged for any reason within 7 days for full store credit.
- Used Goods: Used goods may be returned/exchanged within 7 days for store credit less a 25% restocking fee.
- Defective Items: All items carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you purchase an item that stops working you may bring it back to the store and we will do our best to repair, replace, or credit your store account the item in that order. Please note that new Hyperkin consoles and accessories are backed by a 1-year manufacturers warranty. It is recommended you go to https://hyperkin.com/warranty-hyperkin and register your items.
- Sorry, no cash/credit refunds.
Online Purchases
- New & Used Goods: Returns only possible in-store using the same policy as above.
- Defective Items: Online purchases are covered by the same defective item policy above. You may bring your product back to store or mail it back. Buyer is responsible for return postage, Duck Duck Games LLC will cover any postage associated with the replacement/repaired item.
Privacy Policy
- We do not sell or distribute any of your information. When you create an account, your basic info will be recorded in our system for the sake of your shopping purchases only. If you join the Golden Goose Club, your email and phone number may be used in the event we need to contact you.
- Online payments are managed through GoDaddy through a secure encrypted portal. We do not maintain this data.
- We use cookies and web analytics to better reach our customers. Some of your browsing patterns while in the site may be used to better build our website. We partner with Facebook and Google Analytics to offer additional enhancements to your experience. Please visit their respective websites to learn more about their individual policies.
